Automatic UV Varnishing Machine

Introduction

DSP/DST series automatic UV (spot) varnishing machine are not only used in UV varnishing but also used in various UV  color printing.

Equipped with UV dryer with high pressure Hg-lamp, the whole printing line is suitable for special effect such as abrasive, wrinkle, ice flower/snow, reflection, bubble etc.

Full and fresh UV ink effects, strong 3D feeling and shade enough ink thickness, all these excellence make the complete  line popular in the packaging printing market.

UV (spot) varnishing machine

1. The machine head adopts a three-roller design, with a special varnishing rubber roller, which is stable and durable, suitable for water-based, oil-based, plastic-absorbing oil, and has a uniform glazing effect.

2. The main body of the drying tunnel is combined with infrared drying and fan cooling, which is 60% more energy-saving than traditional infrared heating. The conveyor belt should be conveyed by four flat belts and positioned by positioning wheels, so that the paper does not fly or scrape.

Automatic pile feeder:

1. The conveyor table is attached with vacuum suction air belt;

2. Stable paper conveying, pneumatic double-sided paper alignment device, and equipped with paper counter;

3. Equipped with a non-stop paper collecting device to effectively improve efficiency.

4. The suction head is controlled by a simple and reliable rotary air valve, which can be maintained for a long time;

5. Suction nozzle, presser foot, cam, reasonable design and accurate coordination, equipped with emergency stop and foreign body baffle;
